These extremely crunchy and delicious nuts are then married with shortcrust pastry to create a smooth, creamy tart filled with a walnut and almond frangipane cream. It is an extremely generous recipe.

How to prepare
IN THE OVEN
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Straight from the freezer, remove all packaging.
Unmould the tart and place it on a baking tray.
Heat for 10 minutes.
Leave to cool for 30 minutes before serving.
IN THE REFRIGERATOR
Remove all the packaging even the mould and place the product straight in the fridge for 3 hours 30 minutes.
