A must-have dessert, our strawberry tart is made up of all butter shortcrust pastry and a delicate, almond-flavoured frangipane cream. The top of the tart is covered with strawberry halves, all arranged by hand in circles. It gives it a delicious, authentic look.
The combination of the crisp shortcrust pastry and the melt-in-the-mouth frangipane cream involves different textures with delicious summer flavours.
To make it even more indulgent, a strawberry compote enhances the tart and gives it a natural, sweet note.
Last but not least, this product is available in two versions: whole or pre-cut.
The former allows you to cut and serve it as you like. The tart will hold perfectly. The latter will save you time and make it easier to plate up.

How to prepare
IN THE REFRIGERATOR (4°C)
Straight from the freezer, remove all packaging, even mould, then place it on a serving plate.
Leave the tart to defrost at 4°C for about 9 hours 30 minutes.
