More than 40% fruit
At Boncolac, we are committed to revisiting authentic, regional recipes so that we can provide foodies everywhere with unique, crowd-pleasing desserts.
Thus, our Normandy Apple Tart comes from a typical Normandy recipe. It is made in keeping with Normandy’s regional tradition, with carefully selected fresh apples that are peeled and sliced on our production site.
Our abundantly fruity and delicious tart is made up of all butter shortcrust pastry, a vanilla-flavoured filling made using free-range eggs, and finished with pretty, fresh apple slices, arranged on top by hand.
With its melt-in-the-mouth shortcrust pastry, its smooth, creamy filling and its crunchy slices of fruit, Boncolac’s Normandy Apple Tart will delight your guests with its contrasting textures.
Its gourmet look is enhanced by its glorious golden-brown pastry and the shine from the glaze used as a finishing touch. Left whole for you to slice how you like, the perfect hold of the cake means each serving will look exquisite when plated up.
Free from preservatives or artificial flavourings, our Normandy apple tart complies with the requirements of the food service industry.
