The Lemon Tart in a mini version

It has a filling made from crème pâtissière and lemon juice, which gives the tart its fruity flavour and smooth texture, and is also made with all butter shortcrust pastry, which gives it body and sweetness. Its intense fruity flavour will delight those who love lemon.
This mini version of our lemon tart is ideal for serving as part of a café gourmand or buffet. It will add the finishing touch to your selection of deserts and stands out from others due to its original size. It has a diameter of 18 cm and is precut into 16 portions to make it easier to serve and control costs. Each small serving weighs 17 g. This mini version of a lemon tart is intended for food service professionals and in particular, for table service restaurants. It is also already divided into servings, which allows you to take out only the number of portions you need.
This recipe contains no preservatives or artificial flavourings and uses free-range eggs.
How to prepare
IN THE REFRIGERATOR
Take the product out of all packaging even the mould and place it on a serving plate.
Leave to defrost in the refrigerator for:
- 2 hours 30 minutes for the whole product
- 45 minutes for one serving
We do not recommend baking this in the oven.
