To really make the most of their flavour, you can add a jelly coating or cover them with seeds or even dried fruits.
The spheres are made in our factory in Aire-sur-la-Lys, in the Hauts-de-France region, using blocks of French foie gras.

How to prepare
Take the product out of its packaging and use it as required. The product will get back up to temperature after 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
