An apricot twist on our popular Morello Cherry Clafoutis Tart

Our Apricot Clafoutis Tart is made with a delicious “home-made” vanilla custard as well as plump apricot quarters, all set on a bed of all butter shortcrust pastry.

How to prepare

IN THE OVEN

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Take the tart out of the freezer and remove the all packaging.
Then, unmould the tart and place it on a baking tray. Heat for about 10 minutes.
Leave to cool for 30 minutes before serving.

IN THE REFRIGERATOR:

Unmould the tart and place on a serving plate. Leave to defrost in the refrigerator for 10 hours.
